Are the original or certified true copy

The copy must be in colour

All 4 corners of the copy must be shown

Your Proof of Identification must:

Have at least 3 months validity

Be fully legible

Carry a clear and identifiable photograph

Your Proof of Residence must:

Have at least 3 months validity (for National ID and Driver’s Licence) or be issued within the last 6 months (for any other accepted documents)

Be issued in your name

Contain your registered address
