4. Payouts: Commissions are paid out on a regular basis, depending on the payment schedule you choose. We offer flexible payment options, including wire transfer, PayPal, and other popular payment methods. We reserve the right to withhold commissions in case of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
5. Referral Limits: There’s no limit to the number of clients you can refer to our brokerage. However, we reserve the right to limit the number of referrals per Introducing Broker if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity.
6. Promotional Materials: We may provide you with promotional materials such as banners, logos, and marketing copy to help you promote our brokerage. You’re responsible for using these materials in a legal and ethical manner and for complying with any applicable laws and regulations.
7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. It’s your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure compliance.
